The SportLab’s Spring/Summer Running Improvement Program begins April 20th!
Here is what our 10 week program looks like!

This 10 week program includes:

  • One-on-one coaching
  • 20 group training sessions – Monday & Wednesdays at 5:45pm
  • Personalized goal setting with ongoing evaluations ensuring your success
  • Answers to all of your running related questions

  • Over 40 years of combined high level running experience
  • More than 20 years of experience coaching both competitive and recreational athletes
  • 21 marathon finishes including 5 at the Boston Marathon
