Karlee Handy BSc

Karlee is a highly regarded national level softball athlete, competing for 9 years while completing her Bachelor of Science at Dalhousie University & a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is passionate about supporting the athletes and active individuals she works with to achieving their goals. Her commitment to continual improvement in her education led her to a clinical internship at The SportLab as part of her studies.

Over her professional career Karlee has gained high-level performance strength and conditioning experience coaching  A-list performers and professional athletes. Karlee brings her national level athletic experience to The SportLab and will assist clients improve their overall performance. Karlee has delivered a variety of performance and fuelling lectures for various corporations in the GTA, as well as Provincial Sporting Organizations.

Her experiences and drive to excel position her as a prime candidate in the expansion of The SportLab clinical team, diversifying the clinical knowledge and application of strategy to improve human performance.
