Matthew Servos

Matthew’s attention to detail and aptitude for human movement led him to studying Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa.  His passion for sport stemmed from his time between the posts as a hockey goalie.  With his increased desire for better performance he focussed attention to methodologies that can be utilized in strength and conditioning. He completed his Honours Thesis studying the ‘Effects of Attentional Focus on Force Production and Bar Trajectory in the Conventional Deadlift’. Since graduation Matthew has become a Regulated Health Professional as a registrant with the College of Kinesiologist of Ontario.  Matthew is the premier Recovery Coach at The SportLab’s RecoverySuite – a world leading recovery ecosystem designed to improve physical, metabolic and neurologic recovery in active individuals.
