Read MoreFollowing her graduation from St. Francis Xavier University with her Bachelor of Arts in Human Kinetics (minor Psychology), CJ moved from her Dartmouth home in Canada’s East Coast to begin anew in Muskoka. An avid canoeist and softball player, CJ’s passion for active living led her to complete her Pilates Mat Certification from the Equinox Pilates Training Institute and begin teaching weekly classes. She enjoys the unique strength and flexibility that Pilates and yoga provide in combination with her continued practice with the Muskoka Algonquin Runners. CJ is the first point of contact for all of The SportLab’s patients. She is known for her enthusiastic, friendly attitude, and attention to detail. In June of 2018, CJ completed her first-ever triathlon, and placed first overall in her age category.
